One Beyond Meanwood

Wouldn't be a bad shop if they just sorted the bloody doors out. 4 large doors, often signage on them saying entrance here, exit only or door closed. How hard is it to sort clearly signposted in/out doors out.

So we called in about 3.40pm on Sunday I know they close at 4 and can be a little bit annoying when customers come in last minute but seriously maybe it's the store manager Amanda soooo soooo rude made us feel rushed and very awkward as we waited at the till she was saying to her colleagues oh we won't make that bus now very loud so we could hear face like thunder like it was are fault they had 1 till open for cash 1 poor lady on the till while 3 other staff members stood and watched her .

Writing this review with 3 big thank you 🤓 1) thank you to staff who are always very nice and polite 2) thanks for prices and range of items 3) and thank you to person who chooses playlists for the shop. Was there twice during this week and both times didn't want to leave the store because of that atmosphere what resulted buying some things out of my shopping list 🫣🤗

What a fantastic shop! I needed a couple of watch batteries and a battery for a food thermometer. I got a full pack of cell batteries , enough to replace the batteries on four watches, all for £1! The shop assistant was incredibly helpful too! She ensured that I was getting the correct size battery and even opened the door for me when leaving. She couldn’t have been more helpful and pleasant. 😊 Very impressed too with their range of products at a price affordable for everyone. I’ll never take my watch to have a battery replaced for £6 when I can get it for the equivalent of 25p!

The member of security staff in this shop (28th Feb 3pm) was so helpful to me and my son (while maintaining his position at the doors, i should say!). Made our day, these people provides a real sense of community to our area and are the reason we will come back.
