Floorstore Leeds

It’s been a year since I had my Amtico LVT flooring installed by The Floorstore, and it was genuinely one of the worst experiences I’ve had with any company. The floor fitter, Ben, was completely unreliable, repeatedly failing to show up when promised and offering one excuse after another. When he did eventually appear, he only completed a small portion of the work before disappearing again. Despite my repeated attempts to get the job finished, I was left chasing The Floorstore for help. My full house renovation was delayed by over six weeks because of Ben’s incompetence and lack of professionalism. To make matters worse, he went on holiday halfway through the project after pressuring me to pay most of the money upfront, claiming he needed it to pay for his trip, which then made it extremely difficult to get him back afterwards to complete the work. When I raised these issues with The Floorstore, Mike repeatedly told me that Ben was “too nice” and “couldn’t say no to the customer,” meaning he was massively overworked. I just wish he, or the company, had been upfront with me and said no at any point, instead of feeding me constant lies and empty promises. In the end, I had to hire someone else to finish what he started. The company itself, particularly Mike, was just as unprofessional, hanging up on me multiple times instead of trying to resolve the situation. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid The Floorstore if you want a stress-free and professional experience.

Thank you to Liam and the team for looking after our floor install from start to finish the service was second to none. We had a terrible foundation under our old floor due to the home builders cutting a few corners, the Floorstore team advised accordingly for both preperation and the flooring product. We couldn't be happier with the finished floor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Bought some sanders and fink flooring looks AMAZING!! Johnathan the floor fitter he’s GOOD! Nothing is too much trouble very helpful! Stuart in the store is very helpful any questions are answered promptly! I also bought carpet and wet floor flooring for work (care home) that Jonathan's brother fitted (can’t remember his name) again very good nothings too much trouble! Prices are reasonable. Overall fantastic service through out! I will defiantly be going back to buy more carpet and recommending😉

New bedroom carpet and underlay fitted this morning by Tom and Dave. Absolutely brilliant job!! No mess, everything cleared up and vacuumed. 100% recommend both the company and the fitters!!

Mike and Johnny were both awesome and we're really happy with the service provided. Financing option available now, which is great.
