I've wanted to visit this store for a while. It has a lovely lay out and lots of lovely things to buy but we were followed around the shop (even up the stairs) by a lady and it made us very uncomfortable. She made us feel like she was keeping an eye on us for stealing. My husband had his eye on a peice of art, but we wont be returning.
Echoing a couple of reviews on here, staff like to try make you feel uncomfortable, sat on a chair for sale as you do and was told they will take my bags and I should look upstairs. Not sure why they needed my bags… they also get very easily offended. I think you need to have pink hair and wear parachute trousers (be a woke hippie) to be welcomed in here.
Such a cool spot to browse!!! Didn’t get anything, things are quite expensive but just so nice to go to each floor to have a gander 🤌
Beautiful oils- by Chapter I was sent the wrong one by mistake. Very good service as they replaced it immediately they were aware of the issue. I use Chapter number 3 The Peace The best oil ever, very little needed as smells like a spa! Try it Very good company to deal with Well done @northome
Superb customer service from Sasha who helped me find this beautiful cushion! Will definitely be back. Very beautiful store with lots of unique, tasteful, artistic gems to be found and loved. Very happy to have this store in Leeds, fantastic experience. Will be back!
