Floristiq Leeds

I have visited Floristiq several times and have always found the service to be excellent. The staff are very helpful, and the gentleman I dealt with was particularly kind and attentive. Customer service is consistently very good, and I would definitely visit again.

!! AVOID !! Don’t waste your money on this joke of a shop! I placed an order for a balloon , chocolate hamper & flower box. I was charged an extra £5 per item for personalised vinyl that I was happy to pay at the time. I placed an order around before 12pm via text my order was confirmed and I was told to collect for 1:30pm. I arrived in the shop at 1:15 order wasn’t done so I paid extra £5 delivery charge, I was told deliver would be between 1:30pm- 1:45 pm. She arrived at 2:30pm. Missed the FROM on 2 messages and the vinyl looked like it was done by a 5year old. I rang her back within 5 min telling her to come pick it up and fix it please , she told me to drop it off to the shop that seemed unreasonable as I paid extra for delivery and you haven’t delivered what I asked for. 2hrs later she came back with the FROM vinyl and made me stand outside her car on the street whilst she tried to attach it on. When I mentioned the vinyl not being straight she said it’s my fault for rushing her. Don’t take an order you can’t handle. If your product isn’t going to be up to the standard of the price you charge don’t take orders it’s common sense. She was taking no responsibility for her incompetence and refused to refund the fee (£15) for the vinyl. They take your money then could not care less if you get what you have paid for & she didn’t apologise as any other business would feel bad for messing an order up. In her head she wasn’t in the wrong. Rude & unprofessional!!!

Thankyou to the floristiq team for the beautiful set up for my beautiful friend the whole process from start to finish was amazing we were in communication all the time they presented more than what I expected thankyou so much guys you made my friend’s day will be booking Again ❤️

The staff are amazing giving great customer service and very helpful. The products they sell are very well presented. Hight recommend!!

This place is a gem! From doing hampers for different occasions to flowers for a funeral. Pre orders placed for weddings/birthdays/ hajj/umrah havent been let down since. Did a last minute order via whatsapp and within half hour from ordering to delivery was done. 100% reccomend this place. 💖Thanks team Floristiq!🤲🏽
