We ordered some funeral flowers from this shop and they didn't arrive at the undertakers on the day of the funeral. After contacting them they initially said we didn't make an order then started to ignore further messages we sent them . After going down and providing evidence of the purchase the owner was very rude and stated that he didn't do it Intentionally and was prepared to give a full refund and that's the end of the matter if we weren't happy then go to trading standards. No apology whatsoever AVOID.

Bought a lovely big Palm Plant on Wednesday. The lady behind the counter who served me looked after it when I went to do a spot of shopping. Thank you so much for looking after it too. My friend loves my plant and I will buy her one the next time I am in Leeds. They have some excellent 👌👍 plants on this stall. A must visit when you are in Leeds.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour by the man serving us. We picked a bunch gave it to him to wrap, and he said "Why dont YOU people spend more money".. He snatched the bunch from our hand and kept insulting us for buying his small bunch of flowers. Racist undertones and shocking behavior. Never ever buy anything from this shop.. Clearly uneducated businessman, as he just lost me and everyone I know in Leeds as a customer. Sad to say, he single handedly ruined my long standing impression of Leeds, where I thought everyone was nice here.. Clearly not. ☹️
