I would high recommend ordering from this place. Third time placing an order for an ottoman style bed and Tony was very helpful throughout. The headboard was a custom size and Tony explained everything. Very professional service from start to finish. I no longer shop around for beds as the quality of the material and craftsmanship is unmatched along with the service.

We cannot recommend this firm highly enough - what an amazing customer service from start to finish. From the moment we walked through the door, Tony ( The Owner ) was amazing to deal with. He wasn’t pushy ( something we detest in firms ), let us look around and when asked for advice, he genuinely found the right beds within our budget and feel he really gave us a good deal and found us top quality beds - exactly what we were looking for and at a bargain price. Although we had a limited budget, it’s not always about money. Tony is one of the most respectful, genuine and people we have ever met. He bent over backwards to get the right deal for us and due to the fact that my wife was having a major operation within 2 weeks of us calling, Tony said he would do his very best to get us an early delivery date of the day before my wife was to go into hospital. Unbelievably, he managed to get it 4 days early giving us enough time to get the bedroom just right. Tony also phoned us immediately to arrange delivery for the next day - a truly friendly family based business and genuine concern for the customer. I don’t often leave reviews but Bankrupt Beds in Leeds have the best customer service we have ever come across. Thank you Tony for all your help and professionalism. The outside of this building does not do justice to what you will find when you walk through the doors as inside you will find top brands, top quality and top service from this amazing family-run business. Lovely family run company, called this morning in need of fitted wardrobes by Friday (my fault timing was off) Tony the sales executive was wonderful he advised me to bring measurements and he'll sort it for me. He rang the supplies to see what stock was available and arranged collection, moved his diary around to suit me, and arranged the fitters round my week. As always offered competitive prices for high quality furnishings. I can validate this as I have purchased numerous beds over years from kids to otterman beds never had any issues with quality, what you order is what you receive. Also purchased two sofas 3years ago and still look like new because of the high quality and how they are maintained. My parents use to buy from this store and that was over 20years ago. Excellent service, polite and friendly staff no pushing for payment by cash or card. I paid how I wanted too. Would highly recommend. Thank you for all your help. Elizabeth

Desperately needed a mattress with same day delivery. Came here and they were so helpful. Sorted us an appropriate mattress and arranged delivery within a couple of hours. Really grateful, thank you!

I bought a mattress that was suggested as being good for back pain. I used it for one night and it was really bad. I tried to get a refund, but they refused. In the end, I left the £200 mattress with them instead of arguing. Be careful who you buy from.
