We had a fantastic experience at Christopher Pratts thanks to Lisa, our wonderful sales assistant. From the moment we walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. She took the time to help us with measurements, made sure the sofa we chose would fit perfectly in our space, and even suggested great alternatives to consider. Lisa really understood what we were looking for and guided us to the perfect sofa for our home. The ordering process was seamless, and delivery was smooth and on time. We couldn’t be happier with both the service and the quality of the sofa. Highly recommend Christopher Pratts and especially Lisa for anyone looking for expert advice and excellent customer care!

The lady that wears a mask on the ground floor is extremely rude. I’m not going to write what she said to my family, but it’s no way any customer should be spoken to. It’s a real shame because all of the other staff we have dealt with are extremely polite and helpful and go above and beyond. This particular lady however needs some lessons from her colleagues on customer service.

Fantastic shop and service. Chris Barrowclough was so helpful but not the least bit pushy. Ended up buying 3 sofas and 2 Accent chairs from their extensive selection. Customer service great and delivered by two really helpful and considerate delivery guys within 6 weeks of ordering. I would always go straight here for other furniture purchases - quality and service much better than other sofa shops and prices are very comparable.

Yesterday I received excellent customer service from Chris whilst buying a sofa for my new house. He went above and beyond my expectations. He made the experience fun and enjoyable and I definitely recommend buying furniture from Pratts. They don’t charge for delivery and they won’t be beaten on price and they have a wonderful selection of furniture to choose from. Thank you Chris!
