Kelvin Furniture

I had a great experience getting my wardrobe from Kelvin furniture. The price was lower than any competitor the customer service was friendly and although there were issues with the manufacturer Tony Kelvin sorted it all out and got a damaged part replaced. I always like to use independent traders and I would recommend and use Kelvins again in the future. I always think how a business deals with any issue it’s a true sign of what a business is like and my issue was resolved without fuss.

This shop is good for price but if you pay for a delivery don't expect it to arrive on the time you want/think. I've been waiting hours for 2 pieces of furniture, wardrobe and bunk beds. They didn't have to build them up just deliver it. VERY VERY POOR. you need to get a better delivery company KELVIN FURNITURE. I advise not to use them

I recently bought a bed from Kelvin Furniture. The staff weren't pushy at all but seemed very keen help. The bed was a good price and I am very impressed with the quality of the product. A very professional service from a smaller business, thank you.

We brought a bed and mattress at the same time. The bed otterman base is good quality at a resonance price, however the mattress did not feel the same as we had tried in the shop. We specifically asked for softer mattress but somehow we have ended up with a mattress so firm we can't get a good night's sleep and is causing aches and pains. We spoke to the shop and even though we have used a mattress protector we can't return it. The best they would offer is to do us a deal on another mattress, but we won't be giving them any more trade.

Morley Leeds store may well look like they have good quality furniture but be aware that the genuine interest in their customers stops once goods are purchased Good old fashioned customer service is none excistant in this store Our recent experience with purchasing several products,mainly a bedroom suite which had bits missing which were with the set when purchased Lost between payment made and delivery! Cornices took a total of 6 month to arrive followed by the lights for the set another 3 month later We also purchased a lovely looking gentleman chair which arrived 6 weeks after the expected time of arrival and was well over a inch lopsided!?! A distinct lack of customer service by both Nicki and Tony within the store We believe they thought that we would simply just go away and only looked at resolving the issues once they realised we weren't going anywhere They chose to blame the manufacturers and still do We were promised phone call updates and emails as proof that they had made contact with with the manufacturers but these were also not sent onto is They take no blame for themselves So customers think twice before you decide to purchase from this store Maybe worth thinking if you are prepared to wait well beyond the expected time of arrival Are you willing to accept poor customer service? We certainly won't again Oh and be prepared to be blocked on social media by this store once you dare log a complaint,unfortunately for them,there are still many places to leave reviews that they haven't thought of
