Sanctuary Bathrooms

Great experience with Sanctuary Bathrooms. Purchased two bathroom suites with a mixture of Burlington, Crosswater, Britton and Just Taps products. Sanctuary Bathrooms had the best prices around and the free delivery over £500 sealed the deal for me. Delivery was communicated well and the chap that delivered was helpful and on time. The products are flawless and great quality. Even the outer boxes arrived undamaged, it was clear a lot of care had been taken when picking and packaging them. Just as a note I was not able to reach them by phone whenever I called, they were far more responsive on email. I imagine they are very busy after the recent sales, but still got back to me and answered all my queries in full. Really appreciate it!

Had a great experience buying our new bathroom suite through Sanctuary. Their showroom showcases their wide range of stock. Paul the showroom manager was extremely helpful in helping us pick out all the bits we needed, and was super patient as we went back and forth on design. Once ordered it was stored at their warehouse until the fitter was ready to start the job. Even when a part was found to be faulty Paul was super quick at ordering a replacement part and exchanged for the faulty one with new questions. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bathroom.

The team at Sanctuary Bathrooms were exceptionally helpful, particularly Jamie. I knew what I wanted, but needed help with the attachments and other accessories. He helped to pick the supporting items. I called a few times, asking questions to ensure we could match the chrome with other items, and nothing was too much trouble. The customer service was fantastic, keeping me informed as we had a custom painted bath and we had to push the delivery back to accommodate the plumbers coming in. Love the bathroom, the products are superb quality and they look incredible in the bathroom. Highly recommend.

We first visited Sanctuary Bathrooms in August 2024; we had a design concept for our bathrooms, but no specific products. We met with Jamie Hitchen (Sales), who listened to our ideas, guided us through the various options and provided brochures. Jamie has a lot of experience in the industry and gave us a few do's and don'ts based on our existing bathrooms and what we wanted. We made the choices and Jamie produced really good JPEGS of what the bathrooms would look like. After a few changes, we placed orders for the products (Crosswater, GSI and HIB). Sanctuary were very flexible about the period between our order and when we would need the products to be delivered. We've now had the bathroom works completed and we're delighted with the results. Top quality products from a top quality company.

Had a problem recently with a shower cubicle purchased from Sanctuary bathrooms 8 years ago. Contacted them to ask for some advice. They were fantastic. Contacted the manufacturer on our behalf and maintained contact to help us sort the problem out. That's what I call customer service!!
