The tteokbokki was delicious and so were the sides. The potato had such a crispy outside! The staff and owner were also so welcoming and the restaurant is very pretty pinks and blues :) 10/10 will be back (only £10 for a main, side and drink)

Wonderful people and authentic Korean food 🫶 Vegan or Vegetarian Tteokbokki is hard to find but luckily I came across Leeds Days’ Instagram page that showed that there’s an entire vegan menu out there. Tteokbokki was spicy and sweet, and freshly hot. It was exactly what I was imagining to taste like all this while I was watching Jinny’s Kitchen. Dipping the Mandu in the Tteokbokki sauce was just cherry on top. Mandu was crispy and yummy. Bongbong was the right choice for a drink :) Refreshing after a long day and complementing the hotness of Tteokbokki. The entire meal deal was worth it and filling. Went back as a happy soul trying to fish out rest of the grapes from the can hahaha. Will be coming back for the rest of the vegan menu and bringing friends too, but I wish there was some vegan alternative to the chicken. Edit: Today (15.07.2025) went again with my friends. Tried few more of the vegan menu- Tteokbokki with Cheese, Bibimbap, Japchae and Kimbap. Yummy! My friends especially loved the Tteokbokki sauce and I realised that it can be so versatile that my friend literally tossed the whole Japchae in them. We loved it all! Also, if you’re not comfortable with eggs let them know while you’re ordering or any dietary restrictions. Edit (again visited on 13.09.2025): 안녕하세요 This was one of the last stops before I left Leeds. Leeds Days felt just right home with the warmth-filling atmosphere and the smiling welcomes. The amazing Tteokbokki just hits the spot every single time (please tell me the secret behind 🥹)! I also love how the place stays the same but there’s some small changes every time I’m here. This time the tteok (rice cake) is smaller, which makes it easier to eat and hold with a chopstick without making a mess of yourself. Went for Bongbong and mandu with the meal deal! My friends also tried Tteokbokki and Chicken Gangjeong with Sweet & Sour sauce (I guess?) with Rice. They loved the dishes as well. So hopefully being back in Leeds, I can bring my family over here. 감사합니다 for the amazing love and food.

Amazing place to enjoy Korean dishes! I came here today for the rose tteokbokki and mandoo, and it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, and the rose tteokbokki is perfect for anyone who’s not a fan of overly spicy food—it’s creamy, flavorful, and still has that signature Korean taste. The mandoo was equally tasty and freshly made. Another big plus is that the food here is halal, which makes it a great choice for many diners. Overall, a fantastic spot for satisfying your Korean food cravings!

My favorite Korean restaurant in Leeds even the UK. The price is friendly for the students. I can have a series of choice from my favorite Korean food. The fried chicken and rice is the best!!

The owners of this restaurant are so kind and sweet! Their original red tteokbokki is honestly the best in town ❤️‍🔥 super authentic. I loved it so much that I recommended it to so many of my friends! It’s the perfect soulful comfort food, especially in cold weather. Definitely a place worth visiting!
