Ordered a custom headboard, bed and 2 mattresses from here - although initially the headboard wasn't right (not their fault), they immediately put it right at no extra cost and got us exactly what we wanted. Beautiful, comfortable children's bed that my daughter loves. Amazing experience, highly recommend and would go buy from them again.

Excellent Service! Highly recommend! Had a bed on order with a large national chain, for over 2 months, who decided to cancel the delivery the night before it was due, (we'd already got rid of our existing bed). Walked into Bedside Manor on a Wednesday Lunchtime, explained the situation and what we were looking for. The team took their time to listen and even looked at what they had in stock that they could deliver quickly. Bed was delivered 2 days later early Friday morning. Found this shop online while trying to source a new bed. Incredible choice - so many beds. Chap that was there was very friendly and helpful, without being too pushy. Love our bed, exactly what we wanted. 3 stars given due to communication. We were told our bed would take 2-3 weeks. Ended up taking over 6. The issue was apparently a delay with a container, which I'm not doubting but the shop never updated us. It was always me having to phone to chase. This made it very difficult for us to plan the delivery around our decorating and removing our old bed.

I had such a wonderful experience at Bedside Manor. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Lynn, in particular, went above and beyond—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions with patience and made the whole experience so comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely cares, and Lynn embodies both. I highly recommend Bedside Manor and especially appreciate the excellent service Lynn provided!

Went in trying to convince myself I needed a reasonably expensive mattress. Lyn spent an age encouraging me to try different ones and listening to me moan about back problems whilst she observed my sleeping position. Eventually settled on one much cheaper than I'd planned and couldn't be more pleased with it. My hip problem has improved and most importantly, I enjoy more regular good nights sleep. Couldn't recommend this place enough.
