Jotti carpets

Brilliant service from this family run business and they always look after us on best quality carpets and the price - I have used then many times over the years and always received the best service also recommended them to family and friends and they were also happy with the quality of carpets for the prices they offer. Just want to say a big thank you to Sukhi I had underfloor heating installed and he made sure I had the correct underlay that was compatible for the laminate flooring he installed the underlay for the electrician to install the underfloor heating and then came back to complete the laminate. After being let down by 3 different companies, Sukhi and Jotti Carpets DID NOT let me down. The quality of service was impeccable. Sukhi arrived on time to come and measure up. He knew exactly which laminate I wanted and was able to quote me with a premium carpet within 30 minutes of measuring up. I then went to the shop and picked out a carpet which i liked, and it happened to be a carpet within the premium price he quoted me on. When it came to fitting, he arrived at the agreed time, and his talents in fitting were clear. My hallway is big and an awkward shape, and Sukhi and his colleague were able to cut the laminate with precision. He finished the kitchen/diner and half the hallway as well as the livingroom carpet within less than 6 hours. The next day he came back at 9am. This time he brought reinforcements in the form of his father (an absolute gent might I add). The completed the laminate in the hallway, downstairs WC and on the faces of the steps (as pictured). Then they finished the carpet. Sukhi and his team are extremely respectful and the friendliest bunch. I can't thank them enough for the work they carried out.
