We have found over the last month that the customer doors in the middle of our Community Unit in Leeds were not working, or actually even opening at all. I spoke to Darryl on Friday 11 July about the situation and he said he’d get an engineer out on Monday 14 July. Engineers were out at 8:40am on Monday 14 July, looked over the door and said would come back with the part but possibly not until Tuesday or Wednesday. To our surprise they were back by the afternoon on Monday and fixed the issue! What an absolutely brilliant service that was!!! More so because we had a Disability Pride event at our Community Hub Wednesday 16 July where we needed the doors to be working as we’d have disabled customers visiting. They have worked like a treat at the event so Em-B came to our rescue! Thank you so much for your brilliant service. We’ll certainly be calling again should we need any further help with our doors.

Always helpful, especially when faced with a challenge. The staff bend over backwards and are super polite.

These guys are absolutely amazing!! Super helpful, lots of advice and tips, and when I encountered a problem at home with installation, they sent out an engineer, free of charge! These guys go above and beyond, and then some!!
