Very friendly staff so helpful finding some screws I needed for bed which had been lost, cheap price plenty of hardware available
This is such a brilliant shop. Lovely helpful staff and an amazing range of stock. You can get a single bolt, all the tools you could wish for, with great knowledgable advice. This is what a hardware shop should be like. I will be back.
I've been shopping at Spences' for over 30 years and can't remember them not having what I needed. Friendly and helpful staff, lots of quality stock and the prices are good. I'm more than happy to support a long established local business. Cheers.
Fantastic service! I sat in the car park waiting for it to open and someone knocked on my window to say they'd opened early so I can make my purchase and be on my way before the traffic built up! Will definitely be making future visits!!
Rang up for the price and availability of a DeWalt second fix nailer. Was told the price which was similar to the cheapest on the internet so decided to drive and collect. Turned out I'd been given the wrong price and the actual price was £50 more. By this point in the day I had missed the chance to order on the internet for the following day. No apology or attempt to help. Muppets.
