Great customer service. Went in last Sunday just before closing and the guy at the till was exceptional. I was not exactly sure what type of compression blanks I needed. In response, he kindly offered to speak to the builder on the phone to ensure he sold me the right thing. Avoided some last minute panic and made my day - many thanks!

Although HG couldn't supply me directly with what I was seeking, they helped me source it, and at a great price. They're clearly THE builders merchant to use in North Leeds, and Callum, in particular, went the extra mile to make sure they had another very satisfied customer. I'll be back....for more materials, and advice, soon.

Lovely place. Popped in today to look at gravel for a garden project I'm doing. As a woman I sometimes find these kinds of places intimidating and the staff patronising but this wasn't the case at all. I had lots of probably silly questions and the staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating! Thanks so much for being so kind. I have now decided on which gravel I'm wanting and will order it shortly.

This is one of the best builds merchants very helpful staff plenty of car park space and loading areas I would recommend any Milford building supplies to anyone first class rankings ******all day long
