Toolstation Leeds Elland Road

Very rude member of staff on the desk, tall guy. Very patronising. Almost huffed when i was asking for help. Customer service of a plank. Very dissatisfied

I have come to this warehouse multiple times. Every other time I was served well and never had any problems with the service. However, yesterday at around 12:30 to 1:00 I asked one of the people at the till a question. The reply I got was something I never thought I would hear from a receptionist. She told me blatantly that she will not answer me. Confused I asked again 2 to 3 more times but still got the same disrespectful answer. I then thought of the scale of rudeness this was as she couldn’t even say ‘I don’t know’ instead she decided to tell me ‘I won’t tell you’. I now ask everyone including the manager is she really suitable to service customers without answering their questions?

This store has consistently slow service. I went in and there was only 1 person serving. I was first in the queue and I was waiting ages. I was picking up my click and collect, I wasn't even ordering. The cashier was alright, they don't go above and beyond here, they drag their feet. Also, there's no point having a click and collect point if no one is manning it. Most products are out of stock or have massively gone up in price. Screw fix around the corner is loads better.

Appalling Service. Waited ages to be served as only 1 member of staff. If my only experience of Toolstation was based on this branch I would NEVER use them. Luckily my local branch is Seacroft which is excellent! Elland road branch needs to get a grip.

Always come here for my DIY bits. Really friendly and helpful staff, particularly Andy I think he's called.. Great advice given and a top lad. Always puts a smile on my face when I come in. Thanks for the help 👍
