Was such an amazing experience I just purchased my first watch Tayler, Jackie and Guy were super helpful. They explained everything to me they showed me the options of watches and were very responsive with any queries that I had and responded to my email.

Melanie, (and Gary too), were fantastically helpful and patient while we tried a couple of watches, answering all the tedious questions I had! We finally decided on a watch and were delighted to take home a very unexpected new purchase!

Amazing experience from start to finish getting my wedding ring custom made. Added bonus of being able to pop in when I like to get my rings cleaned. The staff make you feel as if you are the most important person to them regardless of how much you are spending. You are given a warm welcome & treated with the upmost courtesy. Nothing is too much trouble. Importantly, they remember you, even if it’s two years later! Good old fashioned customer service wins every-time.
