Amazing Customer Service! From the moment we walked in, Dylan greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome straight away. He took us exactly where we needed to go and even recommended some lovely jewellery, which we ended up buying! His friendliness and knowledge made the whole experience so much easier. A big thank you to Hannah as well for making sure everything ran smoothly, especially getting our engraved pieces sorted quickly and professionally. Both Dylan and Hannah provided outstanding customer service, and we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend visiting this branch and being looked after by these lovely people. 💛

Went at a busier time to get my ears pierced. The male piercer was super nice and attentive but I requested a female piercer for modesty reasons, and Izzy (female piercer) attended to me. I believe she was quite passive aggressive and the experience felt super rushed. I asked her for her opinion on whether she felt the piercing marks were even to which she responded “I can move them if you want”. The piercings came out uneven and I’m really disappointed as this was my first piercing experience.
