A hive of efficiency and charm. I love Leeds and this spot is always a must for me. The best jewellers with a nice range of beautiful jewellery. I've bought and sold here several times and never come away disappointed . Today I sold my grandmother's ring and bought another piece in it's place. Its a joy to come away with something I know i'm going to love, so thanks for your help and advice.
I had a wonderful experience at Hymans Jewelers. I needed a ring repairing (not purchased from this store), and from the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly, reassuring, and clearly knowledgeable about their craft. The repair itself was done beautifully — my ring looked as good as new. What truly impressed me, though, was the personal touch. When I came back to collect the ring, they remembered my name without me even having to say it. It’s a small detail, but it made me feel valued and showed how much they care about their customers. I came to Hyman’s for a repair on an old sentimental necklace. I was only charged £10 for the repair itself, and it was done in less than a day so that I could have it back before Christmas. I would’ve happily paid £100 for the level of service I was given - they even gave me a box of chocolates! Huge thanks to all the members of staff who were amazing throughout!
Great experience with Hymans. I needed my gold necklace chain repairing as it had snapped and wasn’t sure who to take it to. I came across Hymans and gave them a call and they said for me to take it down and they could repair it for me. It took a couple of weeks as they were so busy but it was so worth the wait, it’s beautiful and also gleaming on its return! Great customer service from the staff, so pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend thanks again.
