The handover was handled by his colleague PJ, who was equally impressive, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, making the experience seamless and enjoyable. I initially contacted the store via their website , Terry was quick to respond and dealt with all my queries promptly even while he was in Spain. He arranged an appointment at the store with PJ who dealt with the various watches I was looking to part exchange for a Rolex Daytona in everrose gold, the whole process was slick and professional, with a fair part exchange agreed.
