I bought milk that was within date and already gone off. It evidently had not been stored properly and/or the fridges are the wrong temperature.

Returned an amazon parcel here at around 6pm this evening. The man who worked there was really friendly and showed me how to put the return through- was a really quick and easy process. Received a text within 3 hours to say the refund was on its way! Great customer service! Also, the shop was so well stocked- as a local student and this store being so close to the library, I will definitely be shopping here more often! Thank you!
