Beechwood Veterinary Group, Beeston

I visited yesterday. The compassion shown by the staff was heart warming. The clear love for animals was evident in how they treated a poorly stray cat. A cat who had been living rough, probably never had a home or even a name. The vet held his paw as he drifted off for the final time. In what was a very emotional morning for me having recently had to say goodbye to my precious little doggy the vet showed that she really cares. The vet displayed patience and empathy, taking time to explain everything to me. The respect that she showed the kitty gives me a little bit of faith in humanity even in these tumultuous times. I have named the beautiful orange feline Roger. He will join the loved and unloved at the rainbow bridges. Peace and love to the team, I know that your job must be so tough sometimes.

Beechwood, Dewsbury Rd., Leeds, has been my Veterinary Practice since about 2005. They have always been very efficient, accommodating, encouraging, caring & helpful in taking care of my late cat of 20 years, as well as my youngest cat, now 8years old. Just moved to Morley and needed my dog to be seen by a vet due to lameness. I picked Beechwood purely on reviews as I want the best care for my baby. They did not disappoint! Chaos is a large breed, there was no judgement, only kindness, consideration and efficiency. Thank you for making us feel welcome and getting him booked in at another branch quickly for xrays. I'll definitely recommend and use for all my 13 animals!! Chaos says thank you for his treat at reception :)

Called beachwood vets and asked if they would collect a cat that had been killed by a traffic a 100 yards down the road , snotty receptionist told me she didn't have enough staff and wouldn't go get the cat . This broke my heart ! is it because no money was involved ! And you care for aminals but wouldn't walk 100 yards to help disgusted at your attitude on the phone and apauled you wouldn't help , looks like you don't go that bit extra for animals , you should be ashamed
