No customer service at all. Charged me twice last year and had to go through a bank claim to get one refunded and they have done it again this year on my renewal. I don’t even know if this is a legit company and may be a scam! It’s completely AI and I was promised a call back for 7 months!
Absolute thieves! Took another years subscription X2 cos I have two dogs and two tags) without any notice and was informed immediately that I had no intention of renewing the subscription as neither dog has a readable tag. The tags are flimsy and not fit for purpose. Customer services email is a complete waste of time. This company is a scam. DO NOT USE PAWTAG they will steal your money. Yes they have a cancellation form that only customer services know about but when you complete it they never contact you again. Trading Standards Should be closing this company down!!!!!
AVOID DO NOT SIGN UP I’ve returned my tag and wanted to cancel my subscription after my dog died and they still took the fee. I’ve heard nothing from them other that a generic reply to emails saying they will be in touch. You are robbing people. DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THIS COMPANY, CRUMB TAGS ARE FAR BETTER AND YOU CAN TALK TO THE TEAM.
Months and months trying to cancel my account.strangely the final cancellation page is broken,does not let the query go through.They deny manual cancellation,stating not possible . Unfortunately it is a common issue with this company,and as you have to subscribe,impossible to quit the payment.£2 per month,but if they do this to with 100 people a month, (i believe its more) its a decent money for nothing.They adamant to send the yag back,but is lost. Their customer services are AI, barely find a real person sending reply to my email.Im living nearby, I making my visit.
AVOID THIS COMPANY! Impossible to cancel the “subscription”, contacting them goes nowhere and how convenient that the link they give you to cancel the subscription is broken. This is very clearly a scam. Shame on this company for preying on people who love their pets. DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR MONEY!
