Pets at Home Colton

We sadly had to say goodbye to our beloved 20-year-old Siamese cat, George, yesterday 💔. It was an incredibly hard day for our family, but we are so grateful to the team at Colton Vets for their compassion and care throughout. Our vet, Ben Rosindale, was absolutely wonderful. What a kind and respectful man. Although the procedure wasn’t straightforward due to how poorly George was, Ben did everything he could to ensure it was handled with dignity. He gave us time, space, and treated both George and our family with the utmost care. We were all there to say goodbye, and while we were understandably very upset, Ben, the lady on reception, and the two nurses helped make an incredibly difficult experience that bit easier. Their kindness and professionalism meant so much to us. Thank you all so very much. You made a heartbreaking time a little less painful, and we will always remember that 🥰.

Excellent store! I bring my shih tzu here every time for her grooming! They always go above and beyond to the point where she now loves to go. I drop her off to the friendly staff, then go for a walk around the shopping centre, always picking up a treat from the main pets at home store downstairs! Loads to choose from!

Used the vets and the staff there makes all the difference. So nice to see people who enjoys what they do. Absolutely great. Hope that company is looking after them

I’ve been coming here for a few years with my cat, and I’ve just recently registered my new puppy too. The whole team – from reception through to the vets – have always been excellent: friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Couldn’t ask for better care. Keep it up 😊

Scarlet @ Colton Retail Park - a big thank you for helping me out today. Scarlet was super friendly, easy to talk to, and genuinely went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. Including helping me figure out the app, which was such a lifesaver. It made the whole visit so much smoother! You can tell they really care about animals (and customers!).
