Pets at Home Leeds Kirkstall

I came to your store looking for flea treatment, 7 years my dog has never had them before. I was helped by I think a lady who was either a trainee manager or assistant manager, but she was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything i can't thank her enough. not only her knowledge but how well she explained things . At a stressful time she made my experience so much easier.

We arrived at the Kirkstall Pets at Home store with a cat we had rescued. The sales staff were so lovely and took time to give us loads of advice about cat carriers and how to get a cat into one. We then had a drop in appointment to check whether he was chipped. He had been chipped and the receptionist contacted the family, who wanted to see him before they decided what to do. We were offered hot drinks while we waited for the family to turn up. The lady on reception was very sympathetic and sweet. The family didn’t want him anymore so we made an appointment for a health check before neutering. Unfortunately Monty went on a walkabout and we had to cancel. He returned and the male receptionist was very understanding and booked us in again. What a lovely place with lovely staff. ❤️

The car park is really big in this shopping area so never a problem. This shop has some lovely items to browse through, some pets for sale (fish, small rodents/rabbits etc...) and a groomer upstairs I believe. Pets welcome inside if you're out shopping with your dog.

Good store for all pets needs. Well stocked and staffed. Supplies for dogs, cats, small furries, fish, birds and exotics like reptiles. Colleagues are knowledgeable and helpful.

Staff are really friendly and always happy to help, including carried large dog crate to my car and helped me find all the offers and vouchers, literally saved us £35! Thank you 😊
