To anyone wanting to go to this groomers, please don't, I have a very timid 10 month old cockapoo, I told the staff he's scared of everything, when we left him the first time, my daughter thought he was being shouted at, I told her don't be silly, going back to pick him up we were told he weren't ready, the store had a camera in the grooming area I was shocked to see the groomer shouting and pulling him back and forth aggressively, I couldn't believe what I was seeing, I demanded they bring him to me, the lady wanted to explain that they had ways of handling dogs, sorry that wasn't the way, absolutely disgusting, we took our dog home and he just collapsed with exhaustion, he also aggressively attacked my smaller dog when we got home that hes never done before, hes absolutely traumatised, he was shaking all the way home, he didn't want to be held or cuddled, pls pls be careful because you don't know what goes on behind closed doors, seen it with our own eyes only put one star even didn't want to put that but there wasn't a zero, absolutely disgusting

What a wonderful dog groomer Sarah is I'm one happy customer . Sarah as done a fantastic trim on my dog and the bubble bath would highly recommend 👌
