The Groom Room Leeds Kirkstall

All the staffs seems doesn't want to work and care the dog as "money" I was using different groom room before and it was the worst experience ever. Needs to keep an eyes on any allergy reaction on since seems not rinse enough. Never come back again.

My 4 doggies have been coming to the groomroom at Kirkstall ever since theve been born which is nearly nine years nearly 8 years and nearly 5 years I had another poodle who passed away in Dec 2023 she was also groomed by Rachael all of them have been . All of a sudden they can't go theve not been naughty Rachael always loved them she has been ill for quite a while I didn't get any messages now Rachael back the manager said she can't groom the dogs till after Dec but she's there grooming dogs . I would not reccomend this groomer as they are not fit for use

The Groom room at Kirkstall is excellent my 4 doggies love Rachel their groomer and she does them so well it's a pleasure taking them well done Rachel

Firstly, absolutely terrible customer service as they never answer the phone and the online booking system never works so no choice but to call them. The girls make you feel terrible for calling, rush you into making a decision and cannot wait to get you off the phone. If this is due to being short staffed and over worked then management needs to address the issue. I personally think they are way overpriced and not the best groomers. There are better groomers elsewhere that charge considerably less. I can do a far better job myself and I have had no professional training. Avoid like the plague!

Think it would benefit all customers if you were able to pay your deposit online rather than having to wait for someone to ring you to take this. The majority of us work and I've had groom cancelled because I haven't been able to take the call to pay deposit. I ended up going elsewhere.
