Amazing customer service. I came in with a broken macbook and the Apple store told me it would cost £445 to fix. Amped did a thorough diagnostic check in an hour, found the issue and explained it in more detail than the Apple employee. They fixed my issue for £80, ready for the next day
I’ve been to this phone shop in Leeds(Amped365)a few times , and I have to say—I'm genuinely impressed with the service. What really stands out is the technician. He’s extremely polite, professional, and most importantly, someone you can truly trust with your device. The last time I went in, my phone screen was completely shattered and I wasn’t sure it could even be fixed properly. But after the repair, it looked and worked like brand new! The turnaround time was exactly as promised, and the price was more than fair. If you're looking for a place where they take their work seriously and treat customers with respect, I highly recommend checking this shop out.

Nice guy. But not a fan of consumer rights. *Do not* buy earphones from here... I promise you they will break. Had to tell him the law and then said he will replace them but told me as I walked out his products arent covered by a guarantee. Issue was the product not wear and tear. Nothing worse than having to getting into it when youve been sold faulty goods.
