I went to get my Apple Watch repaired here. I was originally told £120 for my screen and button repair. When I went to pick it up they then asked for £170. I asked what reasoning was and the man said it was always £170. I told him he didn’t say that and he had even wrote it down as £120. But he tried to say he writes a 7 as a 2??? I ended up paying it because I just wanted my watch back. 8 weeks later the button randomly stopped working. I went back to see if they could take a look at it and the man said “we don’t repair watches here”. Turns out they just sent it off to another shop to be repaired. He said it’s not their issue as i should have took it to them sooner. I explained it’s only just happened but he still said he couldn’t do anything. He said he would give it to them to take a look at again. The man was very condescending. I just went back today and he said there’s no damage or anything and they couldn’t repair it. If there was no damage it proves I did nothing to the watch? I don’t think they even sent it off because the location of the watch never moved… We live and we learn, just don’t go to this place. Bunch of scammers :)
