O2 Store

Had a problem with an new online contract which could have been very disruptive for myself and my wife. We called in to the shop they were absolutely brillant they spent a lot of time and sorted it out for us. Our next contract we will 100% come to this shop they offer not only expert advice but after customer service. All the staff were friendly and so helpful must mention Skander thank you so much for all your time and help we highly recommend this shop.

My family friends and I all have contracts with the Wakefield branch and have all had the same experience with the manage at the branch. She is rude , very abrupt and do not seem interested in even being there. After she told me she could not help me with my issue I walked out into the small second had shop a little further up where they helped me with my small issue in a friendly manner.

Service has gone down- been a regular customer. I am not sure why is that. Team used to be good with polite staff members. Not anymore.

Second visit here, staff were nit very helpful. Conversation ended with it would be as easy for me to just go home and use the app rather than deal with them they said. Not very helpful at all. Want to my local o2 shop in Skipton, job sorted within 15 mins. It was a simple case of computer says no so they couldn't help.

I visit O2 trinity store to get information regarding contract device. The moment I enter the store I saw sad faces standing as store was empty. No one bothers to approach me as they keep busy discussing other matters and chit chat with each other. When I ask for information they reply in very cold and unprofessional manner. That was my first and last time visiting O2.
