Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the ginger lady who helped me find the ordinary product last week! Truly appreciated her going above and beyond to locate something I'd had a very hard time locating from anywhere! Sorry I wasn't more appreciative irl, had a migraine coming on and needed to get home Haven't had anyone actually try to help me in a long time in any stores, forgot what exceptional customer service is :)
I’ve never felt the need to go home and fill in a review after going clothes shopping , until I got served by Apekshi! She has super super customer service skills. So happy , enthusiastic and passionate about her job. She was so helpful , friendly and lovely to chat to . Best customer service I’ve ever received. I have heard about this shop for ages. So I decided I must pay a visit to it when I go to the UK. It really was great. They have stylish fashion and make up! I spent £290 there during my trip as a Hong Konger! Reasonable price for good quality fashion and makeup!! So happy! I have my corset ready for winter now!!
Poor customer service...very unwilling to help by getting me a different size while in the changing rooms. Disappointing as I usually love this shop!
Had a lovely experience in the shop, James was so helpful and friendly with assisting us shopping!
