Such a friendly shop to visit. The staff were incredibly helpful. I wasn’t sure which shoes or boots to choose, but Hannah guided me to the perfect pair. She went above and beyond by showing me products that help break in boots and soften the leather. Exceptional customer service — thank you! Xx
Molly is a star. She was super kind and patient with me. She helped me select the right shoe, size and colour. Her advice helped me break into the shoe and trust the process. I returned the store to see if I needed care products. I appreciated her honesty and help once again in selecting what I needed exactly.
Walked into the Dr. Martens Leeds store today, totally frazzled, but the vibe was 🔥. Ended up leaving with the 1460 MIE boots (dream pair!!). Huge shoutout to Isabel – she was an absolute star, giving me real talk on breaking in these beasts, sharing pro tips, and even helping me sort Klarna like it was no big deal. Honestly above & beyond – I’ve never had an experience this smooth and fun in-store. Love my Docs, love this shop. Thanks, Isabel, you’re a legend ✨
Visited today about 5pm and had really poor customer service in store. Both my daughter and I left feeling as though we'd been an inconvenience and our custom didn't matter. Disappointing as we've had great service instore before by other staff, maybe these particular staff need a little re-training in dealing with customers!!
Awesome customer service. Ben (I think that was their name!!) was really helpful and got about 20000 shoes out for me to try on and I will definitely be back for those Red Elfies! Bens colleague was also lovely and really made me feel pretty in the shoes. I 100% recommend this particular branch. Great people!
