OFFICE Leeds, The Briggate

I bought a pair of shoes and ordered a pair of shoes. I never received a confirmation email for my order but the money is debited out of my account. I received no shoes either. Furthermore I think the store assistant couldn’t be bothered to be at work, no smiles no please no thank you. This is the atmosphere of the whole store.. lax a daisy approach to customers. I have tried to contact the store and office via email and chat since Tuesday and I have not been able to get in touch. I am £70 short with no shoes and no confirmation.

To day I shopped at your OFFICE store in Leeds Briggate 69/70 I was looking for new Birkenstocks for my wife, which had to be perfect. The member of staff that helped me choose the footwear was a lady called Sam, who was brilliant patient and knowledgeable with the colour size etc. All shoe shops have always seemed the same to me until now, regarding the attentiveness help and lovely personality from Sam, I will be recommending this store in Leeds to all our friends.
