Russell & Bromley Ltd.

I was in today, and my family was rudely and aggressively spoken to by a woman (a member of staff) as we were picking up some shoes to purchase. My mother accidentally stood in front of the mirror while picking up some boots. The member of staff was rude and abrupt, telling my mother, 'Do you not know you're standing in front of a mirror?' My mother then put the boots down and said I will not purchase anything from this shop after being spoken to like that. The women then carried on shouting slander back to my mother, saying we can tell you have never been here before, and screaming it’s time for you to leave, which was a massive overreaction on her part. I would not go back there and would recommend going elsewhere than this shop: the customer service is abysmal, and the behaviour from this lady is awful. The other two members of staff were mortified. The time visited was between 4:30 and 4:45 pm.

Had a lovely lady with pretty cool style serving me, a warm and welcoming store with all round lovely staff. She helped me pick my first pair of heeled ankle boots and helped me take them off! Hopefully didn’t get you in too much bother for the giggles :) Thank you so much!!!

We just walk in to R&B shop after hours we spent to find and try shoes of different brands in John Lewis. My wife just looked on pair she likes and lovely staff member immediately helped her with size. She was absolutely polite and helpful. Quality of service and the product - top class. We had to finally order shoes online but we had great experience with Russel and Bromley brand and the shop staff. Thank you!

Just walked out. One guy serving and was ignored by him for a while. The other girl on the till ignored me then answered phone. When she had finished still ignored me so I left. Shame as I was going to buy some shoes which I specifically went there for.

Wonderful staff are always very helpfull and freindly lovrly selection of shoes and handbags i love this store always have shopped with Russell Bromley for many years now the leather and style of shoes are amazing and there handbags.
