Decent prices for some items are helpful staff
Great store, had some great deals, got myself some new trainers, very happy. staff so friendly and helpful.
I traveled to this store for return the item because Forster square Bradford store refused to help me, so I have been to this store and there was few customers was already in queue and after dealing with them they returned my item without any question and hardly it did take 2 minutes but I have had bit friendly chat with the member of staff they was friendly and helpful, I could say the staff of this store is trained and they know how to deal with customers.
Not much choice but good deals on trainers
Whole transaction (returns and purchases) carried out adequately and accurately BUT with zero customer service skills from Louis. He made me feel like I was inconveniencing him by being there. Extremely disappointing. Why aren’t todays youth taught how to give good service?
