Great experience at Leeds Bike Mill! I really love my new bike！The prices are very reasonable too, great value for money. The staff were super nice, especially the lovely lady who helped me pick my new bike — really friendly and patient. Couldn’t be happier with the service and my new ride! 🚴♀️✨
Awesome, i had an eye on their bikes and finally one came on that i wanted. They replied quickly to my initial email and i trialled it the very same day. Mark was very patient on my trial as it was a road bike and i wasn't used to the handles/gears but he was very helpful. i bought the bike, collected it later and it all went smoothly (even a slight hiccup with the receipt was dealt with straight away and with not fuss), even got the bike register sorted from previous owner. Bike quality has been excellent and is clear the servicing was done expertly and with care. I look forward to doing the courses there at some point and also picking up a kids bike when my sprog gets older!
I had a great experience with this place. I contacted them by email, and they promptly prepared the wheels and everything else I needed. Highly recommend their service!
Brilliant - just brilliant! Ben was an absolute star! I'd had my front wheel stolen the night before, so dropped by Leeds Bike Mill to see if they might have a replacement. Ben searched around, reconditioned (aligned) a second hand wheel with disk brake. Really quick (30 mins) and great service. I'm now back on the road. Many thanks :-)
