Sent me a dented bike which was only "chipped" apparently even though it was clearly a dent, it also did have a chip on the frame too! (shouldn't of been sent anyway if chipped, a decent retailer would of rang and asked if willing to accept and send pics if needed) Brake rotors were filthy and the front hydraulic brake was covered in some rubbery residue, was told that I couldn't have a exchange (even though they had 2 online in stock) bike was just shoved in the box with crank arms stuck in the spokes of the front wheel! It's a shame some decent retailers have struggled and gone out of business whilst companies like this still keep going.........This is my honest review of this company. My recommendation would be to go to another retailer and safe yourself future hassle!

Haven’t used the business but if their customer service is on par with the standards of driving I wouldn’t touch them. Their driver nearly took the front off my car TWICE within one mile on the A1 today because he didn’t want to wait for a gap big enough for his box van to pull out into. When I slammed on the brakes to avoid him hitting my car and sounded the horn, he didn’t like it, offered no apology for his mistake and just wagged his finger at me as if he believed I’d done something wrong for driving at the speed limit in lane 2. Then did it AGAIN a few minutes later. Disgusting representation for any business in my opinion. The public are your customers. It might help to remember that.

Great Shop & Staff popped in without appointment for some parts fitting even though they were fully booked they managed to fit me in there was also a part missing which they supplied from a part on sale and ordered a new one so I am able to ride this weekend. Finally the dropper lever they supplied was cheaper than anywhere else what more could I ask for. They will be seeing me again.

The team went above and beyond building my jump bike and the pacience dealing with a picky a customer. Great service and work lads.

Would not recommend to anyone. Ordered a bike for my son’s Christmas present weeks ago. Sales advisor steered us towards one in stock at another store to ensure it would be here in time. Told me would be in store 3 days later. Two weeks later not heard anything so popped in store. Assured by all staff they had ordered one from Holland and there was one at another store and not to worry. Phone me two working days before Christmas to inform me no bike and nothing they can do. I work in retail myself so I understand things happen but I’m extremely disappointed and my son is devastated. I wouldn’t believe a word the staff say and advise everyone to shop elsewhere.
