Always liked CEX. Good prices on second hand films and games. I've sold here a few times and the staff are always polite and know they're stuff. You can find some pretty obscure films at times and retro cartridge games. Check it out.

Just wanted to say what a great experience I had when visiting the white rose store on Thursday to sell an item. First time selling to Cex and all the team, despite being really busy, were really helpful. I was very nervous leaving my item with them, whilst it was tested but I needn’t had been. I was advised I’d get a call back that same day and they did. Money in my bank too. It was a great experience for me and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thanks again. Mrs H 😊

I did some shopping before Christmas, and I suggested to them at cexx that they also do online the checks from, because I can't find mine anymore, that's frustrating.

Went to buy a ps4 game (Stray) which was £25 in this shop. Told them that it's £21 new on Amazon and £18 second hand and she replied that they offer a 5 year warranty on the 2nd hand disc which is why the price is higher!! Sounds like a scam as there is no way I could return a faulty disc after let say 4 years!! Haha... no wonder people buy off amazon instead of shops

I like cex it's great for collecting games But, your colleagues need to stop having conversations with each other while serving customers. Last few times I've been in the employees are deep in conversation and serving without even looking at the customers they're serving. At one point recently they stopped serving me entirely to talk to another co worker that came back from their break. I get retail is hard, but there's times to talk and in the middle of a transaction isn't the time.
