Took some old slides in from the 1960s to be printed. No problem at all, told they would be ready in 2 hours. The prints are fabulous, especially to say they were taken from slides that were at least 60 years old. Can't fault Jessops. I have some very happy in laws who haven't seen those photos for 60 years
Horrible service I went into the store to inquire if they sold Cases for an Original 1970s Olympus Trip Camera , as I started to talk I experienced some slight discomfort due to indigestion as I had just been eating I apologised to the member of staff who was stood leaning against the counter chewing gum he gave me a look of complete disgust as though I was something dirty on his shoes! I asked him if they sold the cases to which he replied no but they did sell universal cases. I said no thank you and started to walk away however he started calling out in a loud voice that perhaps I should have a look online Maybe he thought he was being helpful I didn’t take it that way If the member of staff this relates to disagrees with me that’s his choice. Of course I will not be going back

Went in for some advice and help. Received both,in depth. Super knowledge and professionalism, I'm not too good any more with technical things, the staff guided me through all that I needed to know. Highly recommended, on all counts.
Outstanding customer service, staff helped me find the camera charger I needed. I can now enjoy pictures from years ago that were long forgotten. Thank you!
