Richer Sounds, Leeds

After many years of wanting a proper home HIFI setup, I finally got the chance to go for it. Got myself a networked Yamaha amp/reciever and some Warfdale Linton 85s after doing an in-store demo. Being able to see (and hear!) the products in person was a genuine pleasure in todays usually online shopping landscape. I couldn't be happier! The staff in Richer Sounds were beyond helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my techy questions. Delivery was fast and effortless. I now have a beautiful setup that will serve as the centerpiece of my living room for years to come!

Fantastic service as always. Derek, Harry, absolutely fantastic. Without a doubt the best customer service focussed outfit I have ever come across. Not just tv services, I mean all services. Couldn’t ask for more. Simple straight forward honest advice and wonderful after care with a query I had. 5 stars is not enough for richer sounds and the fabulous team Ps they have price matched my tv saving me £101….speechless. I was looking for an audio store in Leeds and chose Richer Sounds due to the many positive Google reviews. Absolutely the correct decision! I was served by Derek, who right from the start provided the sort of customer experience which I thought had died long ago. I was invited to try various models which met my requirements, all at a leisurely pace with no pressure whatsoever. Generally speaking I loathe shopping, however this was a rare and happy exception. I am delighted with my new purchase and I don't hesitate in recommending Richer Sounds. Clearly this is a business which is genuinely interested in its customers; I can't imagine buying audio anywhere else! Richer Sounds, you have a new, lifelong customer.

I just wanted to take the time to say a big thank you to Derek! Your customer service is absolutely perfect! You looked after us last weekend when we came for a demo with our baby girl, was very respectful but also full of knowledge on the products we came to test! You had a really big impact on us & we only ever come to richer sounds for speakers/tvs/cables ect. I think we have only ever had dealing with Derek in the 5 years we have been coming here, and have never had any issues. We just wanted to give a big thank you to you!

Visited yesterday for the first time, there was a friendly looking older guy who stood like he only had 1 arm. I came for advice on tuning a new DIY speaker setup but he just very politely and skillfully fobbed me off, asking me to contact the speaker companies. When I replied "do you really think they would help me?" he didn't answer. At the very least I came to buy speaker cables which I could see behind him, but he was so smug to say "we don't sell spare parts" which wasn't really what I came for, I just left and would now buy online somewhere else. Wouldn't recommend.
