The Jubilee by Supercity Aparthotels Leeds

We stayed at Jubilee Supercity Leeds for two months and had an excellent experience throughout. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, making us feel welcome every day. What truly stood out was their exceptional service - no matter what time of day or what we needed, the staff responded quickly and immediately helped us with everything. The reception team went above and beyond, providing excellent recommendations for activities around Leeds, including great spots for food, exercise, and coffee. The rooms are modern and fully equipped with everything needed for an extended stay. The hotel's city centre location is perfect, with the local market just a short walk away. We always felt safe and secure during our time there. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Leeds and want to give special thanks Pete, Joe, Tania, Shike and to all the reception staff and maintenance teams who made our stay so comfortable.

he Jubilee is a very pleasant place to stay right in the city centre. The modern one‑bedroom apartment was comfortable and well designed, with a fully equipped open‑plan kitchen, a cosy sitting area, and a good workspace. The bed was very comfortable, the electric blinds were a nice touch, and the apartment was quiet throughout my stay. Staff were friendly, and having security at night added peace of mind. A couple of small areas could be improved: communication between night security and the day team (I checked out early and the information didn’t get passed on), and the entry lobby is quite small and can feel like you’re going through a bit of “face control” each time you enter or leave. Overall, though, it’s a great place to stay and offers excellent comfort and convenience.

Absolutely superb accommodation — clean, modern, and spacious. We received a warm, friendly welcome from reception on arrival. The one-bedroom suite had everything you could need: a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, oven, microwave, and even a washing machine. All utensils were provided, plus complimentary tea, coffee, milk, and bottled water in the fridge. The suite featured thoughtful modern touches such as underfloor heating, electric blinds, and stylish design throughout. The bed was incredibly comfortable with high-quality bedding, and the bathroom included a lovely waterfall shower and heated towel rail. Excellent value for money and a perfect location right in Leeds city centre, opposite the Town Hall. I can’t wait to stay here again — absolutely amazing!

I stayed at this lovely hotel, conveniently located right opposite the city hall and just a 5 - 8 minute walk from Leeds city centre. The area is quiet in the late evening, yet close enough to all the main attractions. The nearest car park is Q-Park at The Light, which is a bit of a walk, particularly if you’re carrying luggage. The room was modest but very clean, with a comfortable working desk and a dining table, perfect for a business trip. It also had automatic window blinds, a well-equipped kitchen, and useful amenities such as a hairdryer. Service was generally fine, although I did have to wait around 10 minutes to check in late at night. Overall, I had an enjoyable stay. The facilities are excellent, the location is convenient, and I would be happy to return.

From the first contact with Antonia, everything was smooth and professional. Friendly reception, clean and comfortable rooms, and excellent housekeeping. The location is central and close to everything — perfect for holidays, long stays, and students. Highly recommended 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟.
