Just back from this hotel. We stayed for one night in a twin bed room on the 12 floor which is the top floor. Fabulous view. Immaculately clean and presented. Thank you Gabriela for doing such a good job. The staff are lovely. So helpful. Real value for money this hotel. A gem. Only half a mile from the Leeds Playhouse, Q1 mins walk at most. John Lewis is the same distance and then on to the Victoria Centre and the rest of the Leeds city centre. Such reasonable price and it comes with a complimentary breakfast. Premier Inneat your heart out!

What made it for me was the service. The staff couldn’t do enough for me and my son. Adriane in particular was warm, friendly and professional. The other ladies and gentlemen were super (I didn’t get their names !). They made us hot chocolate with marshmallows and were just generally interactive and friendly. The breakfast was good and I felt casual (in a good way). The room suited us well and the hotel was walking distance to the centre. I will be returning for the staff alone. Obrigada Adriane ! :)

Breakfast was amazing, kids loved making their own waffles. Room was compact but everything worked and was clean. Parking for 24hrs was £20 on site or £10 over the road. For the price we really cannot find fault with this place. The city centre is an easy 10 minute stroll, we'd defo stay here again.

I recently stayed at this Hampton hotel in the centre of Leeds and had a great experience. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. It made getting around incredibly convenient. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a good variety of fresh options, and everything was well presented and tasty. It was a perfect start to each day. I also want to mention Emily from the staff, who was exceptionally helpful throughout my stay. Her friendly attitude and willingness to assist really made a difference. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with great service. I’d happily stay again.

I stayed at the Hampton by Hilton with my family earlier this week over the festive season for a nice getaway. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing to say the least. Firstly, we booked a Queen family room (stayed in room 334) and were surprised by how small it was. We are not sure if a Queen family room was provided as our room was changed last minute. It was a double bed with a single pull out bed right next to it, a small corridor to the door and toilet and thats about it. We had put that there were 3 adults staying in this room and it was definitely was not enough space. The pull out bed was incredibly uncomfortable and you could feel the springs poking through when laying down. We requested for 2 duvets to be brought up (to attempt to make the mattress comfier) which took over an hour to arrive and several phone calls to reception to bring them up as they said they “wouldnt be long”. When they did finally arrive, they brought up bedsheets and not actual duvets which made the ordeal even longer and was frustrating as we emphasised we wanted duvets as the mattress was uncomfortable. Eventually they were brought up. The flush in our bathroom was intermittently working the first day and by the next morning did not work at all. The sleep quality was poor and we all woke up tired. The breakfast provided was satisfactory. It was not a good experience overall.
