Location is OK with car park and several bus stops in the vicinity. Furniture in the rooms have seen better days. Bed was creaky but otherwise OK. However the blinds need replacing, the wardrobe repairing. The biggest problem was the shower. There are shared bathrooms, not a problem, but the closest shower had a faulty thermostat causing the water to be too hot. I had to use another bathroom. If traveling to Leeds again, I may consider staying at the hotel again but I wouldn't recommend it to others.
We stayed here for 1 night & believe me that was enough. The shower was absolutely disgusting, the room was filthy, the tv was crooked because the plug socket was too far away. There was no lock on the bathroom door, there were stains all over the carpet, the curtain rail was hanging off, the towels felt damp, the pillows were so old & flat they may as well not been there, there was no bedside lamps, the paintwork was disgusting, the cups weren't particularly clean, the kettle needed descaling. If I could have given less than 1 star I would. I can safely say we've never stayed in such a disgusting, filthy place. I have complained to Booking.com.
Found human doo doo on the sheets manager no where to be seen and the girl on the front desk couldn't help in anyway shape or form worst place ever stay away. Asked for refund or speak with the manager and didn't get either. Tried a second night the week after same awful experience just didn't have the doo doo on the sheets this time.
Ugly rooms. Stains everywhere - carpet, curtains, bedsheets. Bathroom ok. TV only satellite and could only use with buttons on the side on television. Saw a giant moth or circada on the reception blinds when i walked in. Good laugh if you're with mates tbf. Although easy to book and check in, should not deserve 3 star in my opinion
This hotel accepted me as a last minute booking after being left high and dry by my last one. The staff were very kind! This is a great example of a budget hotel, they are trying to get renovated so things won’t look perfect but I managed to sleep well and my bed was clean.
