Great hotel right in the city. Room 216 is quite compact but well proportioned. Heating works well, shower is powerful and hot, there’s a fridge in the room, a safe, the bed and pillows are comfortable and the blackout curtains really do their job. Once the lights go out the room is absolutely pitch black and you can’t see your hand in front of your face. Perfect! It’s really quiet in this room at bedtime too. There’s a lift to all floors & the hotel free wifi is great. I’m getting over 60Mbps at busy times and over 150Mbps at less busy times. The only downside and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars has been that there’s no onsite parking. The nearest car park is about five minutes walk away. Didn’t try the Banksa restaurant as there are so many other temping eateries within a ten minute walk. Currently on my third and final night of a work related trip and overall it’s been a great place to stay. Definitely on my list of places I would revisit!
Absolutely perfect. We had a great stay. Clean. Cosy. Comfy beds. Delightful staff. Beautiful hotel & restaurant. The food was exceptional. Really really special menu. It's small plates with tonnes of flavour. Best hummus I have ever eaten in my life. I can't recommend it enough.
Thank you Hotel Indigo. I am genuinely grateful to you. It was an hurdle getting an hotel on a short notice for my wedding day and one that accommodate pictures. I am extremely grateful. Your staffs telling me how beautiful I was (when I was stressed that morning), they filled a gap. It was soothing hearing nice words and seeing smiles when you need it especially from strangers. The lady that received my call, received me in and helped with my Luggage. You are the best receptionist that has ever welcome me since my coming to UK being a person of colour. You made my day from day 1. (Sorry I forgot your name) but thank you so much. For every staff that saw me and say nice words. God bless you. Love you Indigo
First I must say, there was wonderful communication via email. Upon arrival into Hotel Indigo in Leeds, UK, we were greeted by Ariana, whom made the stay perfect by always anticipating what we might need. She totally understood We were exhausted from our trip arriving from Miami, FL and made sure we had everything possible for easy navigation throughout the neighborhood and even went as far as assisting me when I had a snag in my outfit for the wedding we were attending. I cannot say enough about your staff. They were genuinely caring from front desk to bar! Marcus and Kaiden were professional and left you wanting to stick around for more conversation! My husband and I witnessed both of them handle a sticky situation with a customer (that another customer caused) with total professionalism and tact and understanding. The hotel itself was remodeled beautifully. It is perfectly central to mall, restaurants and local markets in walking distance. The leeds station is a 6 minute walk! We Will definitely return.
This is a great boutique style Hotel, with the advantage of belonging to a major chain. The staff are amazingly friendly and can't do enough to make your stay the best stay in any hotel you've ever had. However, if you like traditional food, the associated restaurant which is a blend of Mediterranean tapas, will not suit your palate. I found it over fancy and the food was not substantial. If you like taster food in small overcomplicated portions, then this is the place for you.
