Stayed in December and it's a nice modern hotel in a decent location but had major issues with the service. Was woken at midnight by a member of staff knocking on the door to confirm who I was (apparently there were 2 guests with the same name and they were concerned that the wrong rooms had been allocated). This should have been sorted out during check-in, it just seems so basic. Spoke to the manager next morning, who claimed it was a staff training issue. Still can't believe it happened.

Amazing stay at this new hotel. Very close to the Leeds train station. From the time we walked in we fell the ambience and helpful staff ready for our stay. The Reception were very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spotless clean, spacious, shower was amazing with all the toiletries available and to a very high standards. I already recommended this hotel to my friends that live in Leeds or Manchester

We had a group booking of 40 rooms for our Christmas party, and the team - especially Manuel and Aaron - were fantastic from the initial quotation stage right through to our guests’ arrival. They ensured everything ran smoothly and seamlessly. Several colleagues shared how much they enjoyed their stay, highlighting the spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable rooms. The breakfast the next morning was also a big hit! We’ll certainly be keeping this hotel in mind for any future events we host in Leeds.

All round lovely hotel. Very clean, luxurious lobby, which applies to the room and restaurant too. Chaise lounge was lovely to relax and watch TV on. Room was lovely and quiet up on 7th floor - didn't hear people slamming doors or anyone's tv or anything which was lovely as I'm a very light sleeper. A few reasons I gave it 4 stars: they can't offer late check out until you check in which is difficult to plan around. When I got to my room the TV would only play sound and no images, but I didn't tell staff about that because it wasn't a big deal to me. I tried to call 4 times before my booking, at different times and days and could never get anyone to pick up until the 4th time which was frustrating. Also if I really wanted to be picky, the housekeeping in the bathroom could have been better; (towel on the floor behind door, didn't know if it was clean or not), no soap and toilet had debris in it. Overall I would stay here again. Great location, upmarket feel and cosy, comfortable room.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this design choice genuinely ruined the stay. The bathroom light is controlled only by a motion sensor, with no option to turn it off or switch to manual control. This means the bright fluorescent light turns on every time someone uses the bathroom at night, flooding the entire room and waking everyone up. It’s an astonishingly poor design decision, and it made getting a decent night’s sleep impossible. I hope the hotel seriously reconsiders this setup.
