Very dissappinted with two rude and unhelpful staff on my first and last visit.
Absolute rip off machines all tampered with they used to play well but now they are just plain robbery. Save your money I guarantee you will lose every penny and the shirt on your back. The staff are miserable and look down on you especially the old woman manager with dyed blond hair and long cardigans... her language is disgusting she has a right potty mouth not something I want to hear I'm afraid. They never offer u drinks they don't do promotions or give aways either..a place stuck up it's own backside! NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THAT PLACE

I have been attending this venue for around 5 years and never had a problem however there is a relatively new member of staff named simone who keeps causing me problems, me and my girlfriend went in around a month ago and were refused a cash match because apparently she had caught us collecting on a previous cash match without playing through the full amount it turned out this wasn't true and we hadn't even been in the venue on this day in question,no appoligy was given. A couple of weeks ago we visit again dispite being falsely accused and simone tells us we cant do cash matches anymore and a manager has to tell us why( all of this with a smug smile) I then ring the manager jodie and she explains yet again simone has caught us not playing through the cash match and collecting early, why she keeps lying about this I have no idea because it's something that can be checked and yet again she was proven wrong. Called in last night and she has changed her strategy and claimed I have sworn at her, in the 5 years I have being going in I've never cursed at any member of staff and she is completely lying. How she has a job is unbelievable I described her to another customer only by saying she is the one who makes you feel uneasy and he knew exactly who I meant, she never smiles or says hello from her first day she has just ignored me and everyone I go in with never offering is a drink or anything the only thing she has ever done is make false accusations, I genuinely worry what comes next from her and believe she shouldn't be able to tell lies and get away with them, I have also being receiving phone calls from admiral and no one speaking this has never happened till a couple of weeks ago and I'm pretty sure it's her. She is the worst member of staff not only in admiral but in anywhere involving customer service I have ever been.
Not impressed with the 2 young supervisors on Friday 10th May. The new lounge was not manned and took 15 mins to find someone. They were conspicuous by their absence. Plenty of machines and niggley problems. There was a few complaints fromother customers.
