Terrible casino! Zero atmosphere, cashier randomly closes leaving a queue for half hour/ hour at a time! Customer service is absolutely shocking 😳 and worst of all cheating tables /dealers!!!! Be careful when playing the roulette tables, the dealer cleared my chips without paying out - if you place a lot of chips be sure to follow them so you dont get cheated!!! They tried to argue when questioned where winnings - and chips placed were - but as its clearly recording the tables they had no choice but to pay out ! Wont be back here again - will stick with victoria gate - much better run and a vibe !
WELCOME BONUS IS A LIE! Scam company! I deposited £20 and played with it in total must have played with around £100. Because I then lost and got back down to £20 I withdrew because I'm not an idiot trying to lose money. But because I withdrew £20 I'm.not eligible for the promotion?? Although I played for around an hour and the promotion states I'll be credited on the first deposit? DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR WELCOME BONUS ITS A LIE TO GET PEOPLE IN!
I had not been in this casino for over 11 years & thought I'd give it another go. After half a dozen visits I will not be going again. Very efficient staff opening tables, dealing, cash desk etc but totally soulless. There's no atmosphere at all & when the poker is on the tannoy is deafening. Definitely not recommended. Go anywhere but here. Naturally Ken from customer services will reply,but nothing will be done I suspect 🤔
Really disappointed with the person on the entry desk. Denied me entry because she thought I was too drunk. How can someone make that judgement. I was actually no drunk but due to my eye condition is looks like I’m drunk. Tried to explain to her about my condition, but she wasn’t having any of it. Clearly need more educated people behind the desk. Went to Napoleon over the road and got first class service. Make sure you don’t go there with a few friends as it could spoil your night.
