All good until you get out of the parking. Mental wait, one exit only! called customer care and they said that this happens every weekend. Imagine the pollution created or if anyone needs an ambulance. If you want to spend your Sunday queuing endlessly this is the right place for you.
Disappointing Experience at Cardigan Fields Car Park I had an extremely frustrating experience at Cardigan Fields car park. There is only one exit for the entire site, which led to endless queues and over four hours stuck in the car park. For a car park of this size, having a single exit is completely unacceptable. I did see a car park representative on-site, but there was very little he could do in the situation. The issue isn’t the staff — it’s the poor design and lack of proper traffic management. The owners seriously need to rethink the layout and put proper measures in place. One exit simply isn’t enough, and the chaos it creates brings out the worst in drivers, making the experience even more unpleasant. Overall, a deeply disappointing visit. I hope the owners take urgent action to fix this.
A fun venue with 10 pin bowling, pool and numerous arcade games. All accompanied with a fully stocked bar supplying food and drink.
The centre is good but joining to the previous review that parking is a nightmare on the weekend had a birthday party 1pm today in the laser place I was lucky parking by the exit but my friends are still there and can't get out of the parking expect 3+ hours (a fact) waiting just to exit the car park
Won't be coming again. Had to abandon trying to get out of the car park after seeing other cars that hadn't moved in an hour. I assumed there was a problem on Kirkstall road, but no, just volume of traffic in the car park and incredibly poor traffic management.
