A great place to entertain children. There is a separate area for babies up to 2 years old and for older children, toilets, tables where you can sit while the children play, a bar-kitchen. My son is 3 years old and he loves this place. I recommend👍
Was debating between 1 or 2 stars, but I think 1 is fair. Chaos in the 0-2 area, didn't feel comfortable with a baby at all. Toys with no batteries in, floor was a disgrace, looked like it hadn't been cleaned for a while. The toddlers area looked fine I suppose, very understaffed and not looked after. Shame.
Really amazing soft play with toddler area and under 2 section a football goal section ball bit and planty of slides to keep your little ones entertained parking is on the main street and car park area plenty of tables for the adults and a cafe for snacks and hot drinks
6.50 per child 1 pound adult but get a token back 1 pound to use at cafe stay as long you want meals around five pound chicken nuggets paninis jacket spuds sweets tea coffee nice staff lovely gets noisy as it's for kids parking as well .....
Come multiple times a week with both my children, pay hundreds on entry food snacks drinks etc without fail. Never had an issue until today my daughter had additional needs, and put her hands on a few kids there, I apologised until one mother got aggressive, threatened me with violence, shouted infront of my kids and everyone else’s (TWICE) yet we got asked to leave and not her. Tried to explain to the worker we’ve never had this issue before and how much I spend in there (money & time) but apparently that doesn’t not matter. Bear in mind I’ve always been nice & friendly to the workers and other parents. Doubt I’ll be back, not only was it discrimination against my child, it could of been handled better
