Went here for the first time tonight and it was amazing. We played Pixel and Laser Tag and both were explained really well and we're so, so much fun. Jordan was super accommodating, welcoming and friendly; really generous and lovely. I recommend going in a larger group, since laser tag pairs up if you do more than one game. 10/10 experience.

We all had a great, fun time today, it was very imaginative especially as there were only four of us. The kids are very keen to go again so 100% success.

Loved it. Great place. Had a lovely time in the Machina room. Had a few hints along the way and got out with a minute to spare 😅 staff were very polite and friendly. Even tried the coloured floor game which was fun.

I was attempting to book an experience using my Buyagift voucher over the phone, and encountered three issues during the call: (1) The escape room available for vouchers was not Machina, as advertised. The staff member responded dismissively and did not apologise for this mistake, with a "take it or not, it is what it is" attitude. (2) They insisted on getting my address for the booking, which I believe is unnecessary for an escape room experience. When I expressed that I did not wish to provide it, they replied, "Then get a refund from Buyagift". (3) I decided to give the address and continue the booking. Despite my polite attempts to communicate, the staff member hung up on me rudely after I tried to provide the reference number twice, which they had failed to capture on the other side of the phone.

We visited recently as a large family group and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Normally the staff are welcoming and helpful, but this time we were made to feel singled out and spoken to in a rude, passive-aggressive tone by a member of staff. Some of our younger children didn’t fully understand the instructions straight away, and instead of explaining with patience, the staff member made comments such as “I’ll let these guys go through and you can wait until you’re ready,” in a way that felt unnecessary and unkind. What made this even harder was that other groups were openly swearing around children (which is against the rules), yet this was not addressed by staff at all. It felt like we were unfairly treated compared to others, which left us very uncomfortable. It’s a real shame because we normally enjoy coming here, and we had been looking forward to our visit. We hope management takes this feedback seriously, as everyone — regardless of background — should feel welcome and respected when visiting.
